Swimming 101 is for all ages who might be a pro at swimming or might be brand new! This website provides breakdowns of every stroke and exercises to help you come out on top!

Swimmers, you probably have your favorite stroke, or the stroke that you're best at. Training that stroke is very important but you still have to train all the other ones too. Because what if you have to do an IM or be put into an event that you may not prefer. All the reasons why every stoke is important. This website shares dryland and in water exercises to help train those muscles and come out on top!

The most important part of swimming is good sportsmanship! Even if you win the heat you stay in the water and wait for the last swimmer to come in. And whn its not your heat...you cheer for your team! Maybe even cheer for the other team. At the ned of the day its not about how fast you swam, but your aditude

And yes, of course the swimming is very important, same with the training... The hard work that goes into swim is over looked alot of the time. But maybe with enough of training you can show the world how much work goes into this sport just like these two...
